We have the opportunity to embroider our Kol Hanearim Talis with our children's names. It will be $36 per patch, $18 for your last name plus an additional $36 for each child's name. You WILL be able to add more names to your patch as you have more children iy"H.
Example: This has the children's first and middle names.


$36 for the patch+$18 for the last name+$36+36+36 for 3 children's names=$162

You can also choose to just do first names
Example: If you have 3 children, you must check off "Patch" + Last Name+ Three Names
