Jewish Family & Childrens Services of Northern New Jersey's (JFCSNNJ) Fair Lawn Food Pantry Needs Our Help!

Darchei Noam is having its second annual food drive to benefit JFCSNNJ's Fair Lawn food pantry during the three weeks (July 19-August 11, 2019). Empty blue bags with detailed instructions will be available in the shul beginning this Friday evening, July 19^th.  Please bring the filled bags to 10-01 Bellair Avenue by Sunday, August 11^th (Tisha B’Av). We are asking you to fill a grocery bag (or more than one!) with unopened, unexpired and undamaged items. Some of the items most needed include: canned items: fruits, vegetables, tomato sauce, beans; shelf stable milk; rice; oil; pasta; mac n’ cheese; grape juice; juices/soda cans; toilet paper; paper towels; toothpaste; soap bars/bottles; shampoo/conditioner; deodorant. (This list will also be attached to each bag for your convenience.)
