During these challenging times, it is our sincerest hope that everyone is taking all needed precautions and staying safe and well.

Our building is closed, but we still need to pay our bills–including payroll, utilities, insurance, as well as scaled back security and maintenance. We are not receiving income that we normally get from our vibrant events and donations from Shabbos Aliyot.

This Pesach will be the first Yom Tov ever that we are not davening together, and therefore not saying Yizkor jointly at Darchei Noam. Instead, we are planning for a "virtual" Yizkor appeal, which would allow members and friends to donate in memory of loved ones. Interested families should visit dno.am/5780/pesach-yizkor to provide the office with a list of family members that have departed, together with their donations in their memory. The compiled list would then be sent out to everyone before the second days of Yom Tov. In this way, when we say Yizkor alone in our homes, we can take comfort that tzedakah has been given in memory of loved ones that have passed away.

We understand the difficulty of the times, and with Hashem's help and mercy, we and all Klal Yisroel will get through this. Your support is greatly appreciated–now more than ever.
